Breaking Point

He’s “relaxing”-

She cries.
He checks out the girls as they walk on by.
She sits at home with her tissues and wine.
While he parties it up and doesn’t pay her any mind.
“I love you” and “forever” was his mantra at one point.
Now it’s “It is what it is” and “I just need a break”
She lies back and remembers the lies he spewed.
How he cared and he loved and “I’ll do anything for you”
